from the following for up to 12 extra credit points per grading period.

You may only receive extra credit
for any given activity ONCE in the grading period.

All Grid activities must be turned
in for credit before the last full week of the grading period.

To receive credit for the Grid
activities you must keep a log of: 1) the grid activity that you did ;
2)Your parent/guardian/witness’s signature ; 3)the total number of minutes
spent on the choices completed (15
minutes= 2 extra credit points)
